Join LWVPGH at "No Kings" Rallies October 18th
The League of Women Voters is a cosponsor of the October 18 "No Kings 2" rallies being planned nationwide. Groups from LWVPGH will be attending 2 local rallies:
- Downtown Pittsburgh 12:30 -2:30 pm at the City/County Building
- Allegheny Commons, North Side (moved from Point State Park*) 2:00 - 4:00 pm
LWVPGH will be tabling with voter registration at the downtown rally and providing a speaker at the Allegheny Commons rally.

Please note that if you are joining our LWV group at the protest, your signs must be in keeping with our non-partisan policy. In other words, do not carry signs mentioning any elected officials by name, or criticizing a specific political party by name. Variations on the "No Kings" message are welcome, as well as criticism of recent government actions, policies, attacks on American values, institutions, and civil rights.
*The Point State Park rally was moved to Allegheny Commons to accommodate a larger crowd.
